Club Member Release
I realize that participation in athletic events involves some risk and I assume all these risks. I further agree never to sue anyone associated with Drivephaze Track Club for any injuries which I may receive from practicing or competing. Further I release anyone associated or affiliated with the track club from any and all claims for both personal property and any bodily injury. Also I agree to release all rights to my image during club events, practice and competition.
